Marybeth is a Master Gardener and Garden Manager for the PJCC Grow Justice: Fight Hunger Garden. She has a certificate in Sustainable Farming Practices and is involved with gardening at Elkus Ranch in Half Moon Bay. Marybeth s is also an Assistant Professor at College of San Mateo in the Language Arts Department.
As PJCC Garden Manager Marybeth helps with all aspects of the organic garden including design, construction, maintenance/management and garden volunteer supervision, education, and training. Produce from the garden is donated to a local shelter.
